These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between QS Labs ("Company"), operator of QS Later ("Service"), and the user who registers for the Service ("User"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of the Service
QS Later is a personal digital memory application that analyzes uploaded screenshots using AI to predict intent, presents these predictions for user confirmation, and sends reminder notifications at scheduled times.
3. Account Responsibility
- You confirm that the information you provide at registration is accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
While using the Service, you agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, threatening, or rights-infringing content
- Use the Service in a way that damages or overloads its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
5. Content Ownership
The screenshots and content you upload belong to you. QS Labs processes this content only to provide the Service (analysis, storage, reminders) and for no other purpose.
6. Service Limitations
AI-generated intent predictions are not certainties; they are suggestions. QS Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes.
